Our premium garden room can be customised to a clients desired shape, size, use and design. We use a best-in-class Kingspan TEC panels to create an envelope that generates a U value superior to the energy efficiency of many newly built houses. Sliding Doors, French Doors or Bifold doors create an aesthetic panoramic entrance that creates a light filled seamless interaction between your Homehub and garden. All windows and doors can be positioned to meet any aspect or sunlight requirements.
A range of premium cladding options, including a traditional Siberian larch, or a modern brick slip system, will create a truly permanent garden room that differentiates HomeHub from other market offering of log cabins or container-based options. All lighting, electrics and Wi-Fi is included in our price. Internally our hubs are fully plastered and painted to your requirements with various skirting and panelling option available. Flooring is fully customisable for office, family room or gym and ceiling heights can be tailored to individual requirements.
Our siteworks team have solutions to all site constraints and we also offer artificial grass, patio slabbing, composite decking or other options to create a sedgeway between your garden room and outside area.
Our ‘fully turnkey’ service includes installation and foundation, electricity hook-up, WiFi connection, skirting and lights. All the work will be done on site the same day as delivery, no matter what part of the country you are living in. Transport costs can vary according to location.
Ten Day Installation Time
All our garden offices, games rooms and family living spaces are ready for use from the moment we place them on site. You can pick the model, size and finish you want, all delivered within just eight weeks from time of order. Our construction timeframe is 10 working days.
After you have registered your interest, one of the HomeHub team will contact you and talk through your options. All we need at this stage is basic information in terms of your general requirements and a description of your garden or terrace to help shape our initial proposal.
Home Hubs are constructed with prefabricated, high performance, lightweight, building panels from Kingspan that provide first class structural, thermal and acoustic performance.
Unlike timber structures, our hubs offer high levels of energy efficiency which means very little heating is required. Various finishes from brick to larch or cedar are available.
Our electrical finishes include brushed chrome switches and sockets, energy efficient LED internal lighting strips, LED external down-lighters and temperature-controlled radiators.
Flooring, reinforced structures for gym equipment, internal storage spaces, adjoining pergolas can all be tailored to your requirements.
Once you have selected your preferred Hub option, our construction team will visit your home and talk you through the process from start to finish.
