Fully fitted and finished: there are no hidden extras with a HomeHub office

Many suppliers offer “a complete office in your garden” but few live up to the promise. What you get is their basic package. And we do mean basic. Electrics? Skirting? Double glazing? They are all treated as extras to be paid for.
At HomeHub we don’t regard essentials as extras. All our garden offices, games rooms and family living spaces are ready for use from the moment we place them on site. You can pick the model you want, safe in the knowledge that you won’t have to part with more cash before you are able to use it.
“Unlike our competitors, HomeHub prices have no hidden charges,” explains HomeHub director Stewart Doyle. “All our hubs are fully installed and the price includes initial site inspection, siteworks, electricity and WiFi installation. We also provoide, Siberian larch cladding, laminate oak wooden floors, internal and external LED lighting and double glazed windows and doors.”
After you have registered your interest, one of the HomeHub team will contact you and talk through your options. All we need at this stage is basic information in terms of your general requirements and a description of your garden or terrace to help shape our initial proposal.
There are three HomeHub models* to choose from:

Home Hubs are constructed with prefabricated, high performance, lightweight, building panels that provide first class structural, thermal and acoustic performance. Unlike timber structures, our hubs offer high levels of energy efficiency which means very little heating is required. They have oak laminate floors and are fully cladded on four sides with Siberian larch. Our electrical finishes include brushed chrome switches and sockets, energy efficient LED internal lighting strips, LED external downlighters and temperature-controlled radiators.
Once you have selected your preferred Hub option, our construction team will visit your home and talk you through the process from start to finish.
During the site visit the team will look at:
*Garden orientation – this will determine the location of windows and doors;
*Ground conditions to determine foundations;
*Location and power input for service connections;
*Access to the site and any possible constraints.
“Our mission is to deliver an enjoyable and stress-free process for our customers,” explains Stewart Doyle. “So we ensure a thorough due diligence process before finalising any order. This helps to avoid delays and helps us to meet our commitments in terms of delivery and installation times.”
Our ‘fully turnkey’ service includes installation and foundation, electricity hook-up, WiFi connection, skirting and lights. All the work will be done on site the same day as delivery, no matter what part of the country you are living in. Transport costs can vary according to location. *Specific design available on request
